BOOKING CONDITIONS OF ''BENIDORM DIRECT

WEBSITE
The use of the BENIDORM DIRECT's and associate websites-
You make legitimate enquiries / bookings: a speculative or false or
fraudulent booking will be dealt with by BENIDORM DIRECT's legal department.Benidorm Direct will use the telephone/e.mail address or postal address to contact illegal enquiries/bookings.
''All e.mails sent for enquiries - costings will be 'hotels' per person-'apartments/villas ' per apartment,subject to availability at time of e.mail being received into your intray.''
Benidorm Direct will send e.mails/vouchers/maps/invoices/information etc in the format from Benidorm Direct,if your computer does accept this format you must inform Benidorm Direct before your departure.No further charges or refunds will be made by Benidorm Direct for further accommodation/transfers/flights charges you the client incurs.For not using the documents provided by Benidorm Direct.

THE reference 'Hotel' in brochures covers all accommodation and does not distinguish between local classifications such as 'aparthotel'' hostal''pension' etc. Some of the accommodation we use have annexes which are nearby for sleeping, with main meals being taken in the main hotel. It is possible that you will be sharing the hotel with a group from another country and consequently facilities can vary according to mix and age of various nationalities. Vegetarianism is not as popular on the continent as in the U.K. and meals provided may not be the same standard as non vegetarian dishes with the more limited variety and choice. The accommodation provided is only for the use of passengers shown on the invoice/booking form as confirmed by us: subletting sharing or assignment is prohibited.
The client acknowledges that the star ratings vary from hotel to hotel and quality of hotel/apartment/villa,the client also acknowledges that rooms vary from hotel to hotel in size and decor.
Rooms can have twin or double beds with extra beds for triple and quad'rooms,limiting space and access.
Any facilities not open or not available, are the hotels responsibility and not BENIDORM DIRECT we will when informed by the management contact you the client of any services not available.
When confirming hotel rooms with children it is your responsibility to enter the correct ages before you confirm,failure to do so can incur local charges by the hotel.Incorrect ages that do not match the ages on the passport can incur local charges.Child ages for hotels are 12 unless staed.

Apartments
Apartments/Villas-include : gas/water/electric/service department/weekly linen/towels change,fridge,cooker or cooking rings,kitchen,kitchen utensils,bathroom,terrace or balcony or double glazed windows,gardens,lounge,swimming pool if in descriptions.All other facilities including:air conditioning,heating,tv,washing machines,toasters,kettles,fans.car park.safe deposit boxes..etc all have local charges and if available at the apartment/villa in descriptions shown.Benidorm Direct has no control of the facilities provided locally with local charges not BENIDORM DIRECT'S charges.
On some descriptions on our websites,some accommodation have different facilities in each apartment,in the same block,this means different costings for these type of accommodation.Please check before making your confirmation.E=e= economy/M=m=mid range/Q=q=quality accommodations.

Room allocation
Every effort will be made to provide precisely the kind of room you have booked, and we will endeavor to convey special requests to 'Hoteliers'. However we accept no liability for any failure to provide a special request which is not specified in the brochure and for which no supplement is paid. Our liability for the provision of additional facilities for which a supplement is paid shall be limited to the brochure price of that supplement. Booking for rooms with private facilities will be deemed to be effected by the provision of either bath and w.c or shower and w.c.. Requests for one or the other will be treated as requests only. When booking a double room requests for a twin or double bed should be made clearly, otherwise it will be assumed that either type is suitable. Three or four bedded rooms are normally twin or double rooms plus an extra bed/folding beds, which may or may not be suitable for an adult and space will be inevitably be restricted. Single rooms are always scarce in hotels so book early. You may find these rooms are not quite as good as twin or double rooms in terms of size, location and general standard. You may pay a supplement for privacy rather than facilities.
Child prices' 12 years old and under in all hotels,are classed
as children,over 12 on day of arrival are classed as adults
and costings are adult costings.
Child prices in some hotels 'Magic'Group Benidorm' are 16 years old,if confirmed on invoice and places are available at time of booking.
Any free' child places are valid at time of booking,if amendments are made the places may be withdrawn when amending the booking and child places may be re charged at the hotel rate.We cannot hold prices when amending hotel bookings.Early booking offers amended after booking will be lost and charged at the normal rate.As we cannot hold rooms when re amending rooms.As this would incur more deposit charges within 12 weeks and loss of the deposit paid.No charges will be made by BENIDORM DIRECT for amending bookings out of our hands,Flight time changes are NOT the responsibility of BENIDORM DIRECT.

Transfers
from airports (Benidorm Transfers / Benidorm Direct
Car/Taxi/Mpv/Mini-bus/Coach ALL MODES of TRANSPORT will be
used as on your confirmed invoice)
1-4 passengers taxi 5-8 passengers taxi.or 9-12 passengers taxi, 9-56 passengers coach. All transfers are on a return basis.
(we reserve the right to change the 'mode' of transfer unless specified by you at the time of booking.We also reserve the right to change the mode of transport if ' Industrial action ' beyond our control and disrupts flights and timings beyond our control.Road Traffic accidents etc.).

Transfers to/from Accommodation.
On certain hotels/villas/apartments it is unable to get close to the
entrance or drop off near the blocks due to small streets or parking restrictions,every effort will be made to get as close to the blocks as possible.We cannot be held responsible for clients having to walk from the vehicle due to these restrictions.

'For clients with wheelchairs or medical problems'
''Clients at the time of booking must make it clear if any clients have walking or disabilities which may affect the clients from entering the vehiicle without assitance.Benidorm Direct/Benidorm Transfers does not accept any clients who cannot walk unaided onto the vehicles.If clients need vehicles adapted for wheelchairs please ask for a quote and availability.No responibility by BENIDORM DIRECT/BENIDORM TRANSFERS for not informing us of any client with any form of disability, at the time of booking .You must inform us of any client with a collapsable wheelchair.You will be charged £25.00 to amend the booking/no refunds if you wish to cancel a confirmed booking for not informing us at the time of booking.
No assistance will be given by the drivers for any client unable to walk onto any vehicle,this is a Spanish insurance directive and legally binding on Spanish transfer vehicles.

''Accommodation only clients'' 'Excess Transfers Charges'
'It is the responsibility of you the client,to inform 'Benidorm Direct ':
To provide with the correct address of accommodation
the correct number of passengers,to which you require the transfers to,and from the accommodation,and correct,
flight times/flight numbers/dates of arrival & departure,
'Benidorm Direct will not be held responsible for
incorrect information supplied by you the client regarding transfers.'
All information must be entered onto the 'booking form' provided.
The 'Timings' provided by you are the exact timings the 'coach/taxi'
will be available on the day specified.Every hour the coach/taxi has
to wait for you the client after the agreed time will be charged at £20.00 per hour.This will be charged back to your credit/debit card
on the day of travel or the day of delay,which ever is nearest to
the delay timings.If payment cannot be taken from the credit/debit card we will invoice you on your return to the U.K. for payment. The charges are made by the 'coach/taxi company
and not 'Benidorm Direct','Benidorm Direct' collects the payment and transfers all monies to the coach/taxi company as agreed.
Flights booked by you the client with another company are not the responsibility of 'Benidorm Direct'.
It is the responsibility of the adult with child on transfers to secure baby seats and seat belts.
Baby seats have to be booked in advance at time of booking.
Shared transfers do not allow baby seats.
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to travel in front seats of vehicles,if you place in the front seat the responsibility will
be with the client who booked the transfers.
'Not Benidorm Direct/Benidorm Transfers.'
Benidorm Direct/Benidorm Transfers does carry unaccompained minors.
Some drop off areas in Benidorm and other resorts,cannot be dropped off or collected outside the accommodation due
to local parking restrictions,we will however get as close to your accommodation as possible.
You must re check transfers at least 24 hours before your return transfer on the telephone
numbers provided on your accommodation voucher.
The pick up time you will be given is the time the transfer will commence,you must be outside the designated area 15 minutes before pickup time,the resort is always busy and in some situations the transfer vehicle could be delayed due to traffic congestion ''etc''.
Please be patient as the transfer vehicle will arrive for your collection.
'Free key collection is provided if you the client provides the correct address at the time of booking,and it is within 1000' metres of the accommodation as on your voucher.'
'The official 'BENIDORM DIRECT' voucher must be provided in exchange for the transfers,no other Taxi or person will be accepted,
any other mode of transfer you take on either leg of the transfer will be at the clients expense and not BENIDORM DIRECT's, only the transfers provided by BENIDORM DIRECT will be used by you the client' and no further charges will be made by BENIDORM DIRECT for non compliance of the terms and conditions of BENIDORM DIRECT.'
Transfer payments: 84 - 1 night cancellation of transfers are non - refundable,no amendments,or upgrades once payment has been made.Delays due to unforeseen circumstances,.i.e Road Trafic accidents/congestion are beyond are control.Missed flights are not the repsonsibility of BENIDORM DIRECT.
You the 'client' must provide with the correct address and named accommodation,as will be printed on the transfer voucher.
This is the address that the transfer will be taken to,if this is incorrect you must notify Benidorm Direct by e.mail/fax or correpsondence at least 48 hours before departure.
All return transfers,clients must be outside the agreed pick up point
at least 15 minutes before departure time.If not avaialble at agreed pick up time the transfer will leave as agreed,and no further charges will be made for excess transfer charges or missed flights.
Any flight delays,please inform the office 0044 161 861 9190 in office hours,and no excess charges will apply,out of office hours please contact the Telephone number provided on your Transfer voucher,if not informed,excess charges will apply as above costings .
Benidorm Direct operate fully licensed taxis and coaches,all maintained to Spanish regulations,all transport is legally bound in Spanish law.
Where a booking is made by telephone the booking is subject to Benidorm Direct's terms & conditions.
Where two or more people are included on the same booking,the
person who made the booking shall be deemed to have done so on
the basis that he/she acts as the party leader for all the passengers travelling.
The destination and pickup addresses on your VOUCHER are the addresses to where you will be dropped off and picked up,only.
If you wish to change these addresses you must notify Benidorm
Direct in writing or by e.mail or by fax at least 48 hours before departure.Charges apply.
You the client must provide a contact 'Mobile or landline telephone
number in case of emergency,so Benidorm Direct/Benidorm Transfers can contact you to change arrangement or pick up times.A charge of £25.00 is payable to re issue confirmed bookings/vouchers.
Road traffic accidents en route can delay or add extra times to your journey,if no Mobile or landline telephone numbers are provided at time of booking no extra charges will be made by Benidorm Direct/Benidorm Transfers for other modes of transfers you the client has paid for,or if missed flights occur due to the above procedures not being provided at the time of booking
Security Alerts-Any delays caused from Airlines/Airports due to security alerts will have a knock on affect and delays will occur to transfers,if you are delayed please keep us informed,you will also experience delays for transfers,due to the delays to other clients,please wait at the designated area until the transfer vehicle arrives.No other charges will be made by BENIDORM DIRECT for not taking the agreed transfer.Please be patient and wait for the transfer,security at airports and your safety is paramount.

Clients are allowed one suitcase (25 kg) and one item of hand luggage per person,excess baggage will charged locally by the
taxi or coach company.Buggies/wheelchairs etc are classed as excess items and local charges can apply if the vehicle has to be upgraded to accommodate the excess items.
No alcohol may be consumed in any of the vehicles provided by Benidorm Direct,any client thought to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted into the vehicles.
Benidorm Direct will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle wil be on time for the period of the hire,and that it reaches its destination on time.Benidorm Direct will not be liable for any delays out of our control.
Clients property is their responsibility and all items are carried
at the owners own risk.
''Any clients soling the interior of vehicles will have a charge of 35 euros - 75 euros for cleaning re charged back to the card used for confirmation''
Any lost or damaged items you must check your own Travel Insurance.
Benidorm Direct will endeavour to carry the passengers with the minimum disruption and inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation voucher.
However events out of our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility examples of circumstances which are not within our control(check list below)

# compliance with requests to the police #
# deaths and accidents on the road #
# unforeseen traffic delays #
# industrial action by third parties #
# problems caused by other customers #
# other circumstances affecting passenger safety #

# properties that are not accessible to type of service booked #
Benidorm Direct carry passengers to registered hotels/villas/apartments.
When transfer vouchers have been issued these are the times that pick ups will be made,any changes made by you the client will incur amendment charges as described below.Flight time changes are not the reponsibility of Benidorm Direct.
(Any amendments to confirmed transfer details will incur a £25.00 amendment charge to re issue new transfer vouchers.)
Any client who changes the confirmed accommodation address on arrival and not the accommodation confirmed will incur a local charge of 35 euros / £25.00 , if not paid on arrival.This will be taken from the card details made to pay the confirmed transfer.On the day of the transfer.If no payment can be taken the transfers will be cancelled for not informing BENIDORM DIRECT before or on arrival day,and no further charges will be made to you the client for other charges incurred,and no refunds for not carrying out the contract agreed with BENIDORM DIRECT as on your transfer voucher.And confirmed booking made.
All bookings have to be made within 24 hours of departure,
Benidorm Direct will not accept bookings with in 24 hours of departure.
No bookings are final until you have a confirmed booking reference.
Vouchers for transfers.
You must provide the voucher provided by BENIDORM DIRECT/BENIDORM TRANSFERS NO' other voucher will be accepted,You must keep the transfer voucher for your return journey and provide your voucher for the return journey.Local charges will apply for non compliance of the Terms & Conditions of Benidorm Direct and no further charges will be made for not providing the correct voucher.Local drivers can refuse to carry out the transfers with out the correct vouchers. No liability will be accepted By BENIDORM DIRECT for non compliance of the terms & conditions.No voucher no transfers.If you receive your voucher by e.mail and do not reply that you have opened and printed the voucher,and do not reply before departure your voucher will not.' be activated for transfers .All monies paid will be lost.By you the client for not carrying the procedures of
BENIDORM DIRECT/BENIDORM TRANSFERS.
''E.mail vouchers must be activated by return e.mail,that you open and print,this is the only voucher that will be accepted by the drivers,any further local charges by the drivers or refusal to enter the transfer vehicle for not producing the correct voucher or no voucher,will not be the responsibility of BENIDORM DIRECT-BENIDORM TRANSFERS,And no further charges or refunds will be given for not carrying out the correct procedures which you have signed by the secure website of BENIDORM DIRECT-BENIDORM TRANSFERS.''

APARTMENTS/VILLAS/BUNGALOWS/STUDIO
2 passengers maximum. 1 bedroom 4 passengers maximum 2 bedroom 6 passengers maximum 3 bedroom 8 passengers maximum. 4 bedrooms 10 passengers maximum.

ELECTRICITY
The voltage in Spain is 220v and all plug sockets are two pin adapters,they can be used and adapted for three pin plugs.Many properties have a fuse box usually situated above the entrance door,or in a cupboard in the kitchen.All apartments/villas will have the electric in the off position on arrival,as a safety measure,just switch on the master switch in the fusebox.
If all lights and appliances are on at one time the tripper switch will activate and turn all lights off as a safety measure.
GAS
Most properties in Spain operate on Butane bottled gas.On arrival most bottles are stiuated in the kitchen under the sink or in a outhouse next to the kitchen,switch on at top of bottle.Turn on on arrival to release the gas,it is advisable when not in use to turn off the gas nozzle on top of the bottle as a safety measure.

1 set of keys is provided on arrival for apartments/villas if another set is required please enquire locally.
Any items in apartments/villas:i.e:pots.pans.gas.linen.cutlery.That has been misplaced or damaged by the previous client or not reported by the previous client,please call or telephone the local office,and they will repair or replace any items reported.If not reported and no report has been logged in the office for repairs,then Benidorm Direct cannot be held responsible on
return to the U.K. No consumables are provided on arrival in apartments,i.e. soap.toilet tissue etc.Heating as Spanish rental regulations,is 1 appliance per unit,if more heating is required ask locally,if available this will be brought to the accommodation and local charges could apply. Swimming pools/escalators,elevators,
can be out of action due maintenance problems or repairs,or seasonal,this is out of our control,and is solely the responsbility of the local management and not Benidorm Direct.

Swimming pools.
Swimming pools are open in apartments between June-September
depending on weather conditions and maintenance of the pool.
Sunloungers at apartments/villas are not the responsibility of Benidorm Direct as local charges can apply if available.
Indoor swimming pools are open all year at the discretion of
the local management,repairs and safety procdures can mean
closure of the pool and 'BENIDORM DIRECT' have no control of local
procedures.And cannot accept liability for local procedures.

Apartment/Villas
We do not operate a luggage room service,luggage is the clients responsibility.
Apartments/villas can be occupied on arrival day from 17.00 hours
Apartments/Villas must be vacated on departure day by 10.00 hours.
Hotels can be occupied on arrival day by 14.00 hours.
Hotels must be vacated on departure day by 10.00 hours.
Deposits
Deposits for apartments/villas are local charges from 60 - 250 €
Depending on location and individual blocks local charges.
Occupation is 17.00 hours on arrival day // departure day10.00 hours vacate and return keys as local procedures, failure to return keys on time will incur local charges deducted from your deposit.Or more payable if you delay clients waiting to enter the accommodation you have vacated. Late departures or early departures who cannot claim the deposit back this will be mailed back to the UK,and NOT by Benidorm Direct,Local deposits are not the respnosibility of Benidorm Direct as we do not take the deposit.

Final balances
All final balances will have vouchers/tickets sent by recorded delivery/or e.mail.

T.V'S can be hired locally if available.Sky T.V. is Not available .
Air-conditioning if available incurs local charges.
Benidorm Direct has no control of operational times in hotels of air-conditioning.
Benidorm Direct has no control over operational times and repairs of air-conditionig in villas/apartments.

Balconies
Please ensure children are not left alone on balconies/terrace,as balcony design and furniture may tempt children to climb,do not leave children unsupervised on balconies.
Always check the depth of swimming pools before entering the pool,always check the water is clear,if not do not swim or enter the pool,until cleaned.Never dive or jump into swimming pools until you have checked the depth of the water.
Do not throw objects in or near the pool,never carry glass near a swimming pool.Lifeguards are not on duty at all pools.
Always follow the local swimming pool instructions at the pool area.

Baby cots can be hired and paid for locally if available.
Insects are common in Warmer climates-ants-mosquitoes-cockroaches are common place and cannot harm you,the accommodation will sometimes have insects in this does not mean the accommodation is dirty,as in the U.K. in summer bluebottles,moths,wasps all enter properties in warmer weather as they do in warm climates.

''Car Parking cannot be pre booked before arrival, you can book car parking spaces if available with a local charge,''Benidorm Direct will accept 'No claim' for car parking spaces'',as a local charge applies if places permit.''

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. RESERVATIONS
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME A WRITTEN BOOKING AND APPROPRIATE PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOUR SIGNATURE OR THAT OF YOUR AUTHORISED AGENT ON A BOOKING FORM WILL BE TAKEN AS ACCEPTANCE ON BEHALF OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARTY. SHOULD IT BE IMPRACTICAL FOR A WRITTEN BOOKING TO ARRIVE AT OUR OFFICES PRIOR TO A CLIENTS DEPARTURE (E.G. IN THE CASE OF LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS MADE BY TELEPHONE), RECEIPT OF PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, DIRECT BANK TRANSFER OR ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENT MUTUALLY AGREED CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS. NO BOOKING CAN BE REGARDED AS FIRM UNTIL CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED.
FLIGHTS CONFIRMED / AMENDMENTS WILL INCUR £25.00 PER PERSON PLUS RE COSTING.
FULL CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT VIA : E.MAIL / OR ROYAL MAIL WITH IN 7 WORKING DAYS.LATE BOOKINGS WILL HAVE ALL VOUCHERS/BOOKING FORM/INFORMATION/MAPS ETC. SENT BY 'RECORDED DELIVERY OR SPECIAL DELIVERY'.THIS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE TO 'RECEIVE' THE INFORMATION PACK,IF THE ROYAL MAIL LEAVE A 'FORM LEFT' REQUIRING YOU TO COLLECT THE ITEM FROM THE POST OFFICE,IF YOU FAIL TO COLLECT THE ITEM,A CHARGE OF '£15.00' WILL BE MADE TO RE SEND A NEW VOUCHER PACK'.

Hotel / Apartment / Villas / Transfers Confirmations.
''Any refunds which are due will be paid back to the credit/debit card provided by the client within 5 working days,if bookings or refunds are to be made.''
''Any 'book online' balances will be taken with the credit/debit card
used on the initial deposit paid,unless otherwise stated at time of booking''.All balances will be taken from the card used on the first balance,unless instructed before the balance due date.
Invoices/vouchers will posted within 7 working days of confirmed bookings/final balances being made.The invoice clearly states NO REMINDERS are sent .Payments can be made on the balance due date by:Credit/debit card/cheque/postal orders or cash into Benidorm Direct's bank account.
''Final voucher/Information packs,which are lost or misplaced after delivery will have a charge of £25.00 to re send new vouchers/information pack.''

''E.MAIL Bookings when confirmed on the SECURE ONLINE SYSYTEM SSL 125 BIT
An automatic response e.mail is sent no monies are taken until confirmation is
confirmed to you with a reference.All quotes by e,mail are given on the day and stand
on the day after that date the quoted accommodation will have to be re checked for price and availability.No monies are taken until accommodation is confirmed.Flights
booked by you the client are not BENIDORM DIRECT'S responsibility.''
''Any bookings made within 12 weeks are classed as late bookings and you AGREE &
accept the booking conditions of BENIDORM DIRECT ''

''No amendments can be made within 14 days of arrival to the Destination as on your invoice.
Any amendments to confirmed bookings within 21 days of arrival,will incur£15.00 per person
amendment charges for hotel bookings,and re costed and if availability permits amendments.
Amendments with in this period for apartment/villa confirmed bookings will incur £30.00 amendment per apartment if availability permits.''

Transfers - Confirmations.
'Transfer Booking/confirmations are payable in full.No refunds are applicable once confirmed.To amend a booking to another date or time can be done if available vehicles are available on the confirmed rota.Cancellations are non refundable.''..''A £25.00 amendment charge is applicable for every time or date change''.

Amendment charges to confirmed bookings will incur a £25.00 charge per amendmen. Cancelations will incur a £25.00 amendment charge and re costed,any free child places or requests could be lost due to availability.
''Any amendments to confirmed bookings have to be sent via e.mail or correspondence to reach the office before the days noted as above.''
No amendments will be dealt with on the telephone.

2. INSURANCE
AS A CONDITION OF BOOKING YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE OUT OUR RECOMMENDED HOLIDAY INSURANCE OR ARRANGE A POLICY YOURSELF PROVIDING COMPARABLE OR GREATER COVER UNDER ALL SECTIONS. OUR INSURANCE IS CONSIDERED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE COVER FOR NORMAL REQUIREMENTS AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE ANY ADDITIONAL COVER YOU MAY REQUIRE. 7. CAR HIRE
WE ACT ONLY AS AN INTRODUCTORY AGENTS AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY HOWSOEVER CAUSED. YOUR CONTRACT IS WITH THE HIRE COMPANY OPERATOR WHOSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE DETAILED ON THE CONTRACT SIGNED ON COLLECTION OF THE VEHICLE. ALL DRIVERS MUST HOLD A FULL DRIVERS LICENSE, FOR OVER 1 YEAR. AGE LIMIT 21 OR OVER. THERE ARE STRICT PENALTIES FOR DRINK DRIVING.

8. DESCRIPTIONS
THE DESCRIPTIONS CONTAINED IN OUR BROCHURES/WEBSITE ARE PREPARED IN GOOD FAITH, OFTEN MANY MONTHS IN ADVANCE, AND BELIEVED TO BE CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PUBLICATION. AT LEAST ONE ENGLISH CHANNEL WILL NORMALLY BE AVAILABLE.ALL APARTMENTS / VILLAS ARE FURNISHED BY THE OWNERS,ALL APARTMENTS ARE FURNISHED DIFFERENTLY,PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTIONS USED IN THE BROCHURES AND WEBSITE ARE NOT
NECESSARILY THE ONES ALLOCATED.

9. NUMBER OF NIGHTS
THE "NO of NIGHTS" STATED IN ALL OF THE PRICE PANELS REFERS TO THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION BOOKED FOR YOU. SOME FLIGHTS ARE NIGHT FLIGHTS AND WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN THE RESORT YOUR ROOM/ACCOMMODATION IS IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE AS IT HAS BEEN RESERVED FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY THIS THEREFORE, COUNTS AS ONE OF YOUR HOLIDAY NIGHTS.

10. ACCOMMODATION
THE ACCOMMODATION IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PERSONS NAMED OR NUMBERED ON THE BOOKING FORM. UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANCY CAN LEAD TO THE WHOLE PARTY BEING FORCED TO LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IMMEDIATELY. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES REACCOMMODATION IS AT THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSE OF THE CLIENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE WITHOUT COMPENSATION THE HOLIDAY TENANCY OF ANY CLIENT(S) WHOSE BEHAVIOUR IS CAUSING ANNOYANCE OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSONS WHETHER EMPLOYEES. OTHER CLIENTS OR APARTMENT OWNERS.

11. ELDERLY AND DISABLED
WE DO NOT SPECIALISE IN HOLIDAYS FOR THE DISABLED BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO GIVE OUR OPINION ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF PARTICULAR ACCOMMODATION AND RESORTS FOR THE DISABLED, ELDERLY ETC. BUT ANY ADVICE GIVEN IN THIS RESPECT SHOULD BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING IF SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS ARE A MATERIAL PART OF THE BOOKING.

12. CUSTOMER CARE
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, PLEASE BRING IT TO THE ATTENTION, (WITHIN 48 HOURS) OF THE HOTELIER OR SUPPLIER OF THE ACCOMMODATION OR SERVICE CONCERNED AND ALSO TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR OVERSEAS AGENTS. REPRESENTATIVES WHOSE NAME AND ADDRESS ARE SHOWN ON THE ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER. THIS GIVES THE HOTELIER OR SUPPLIER CONCERNED THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEM PROMPTLY AND MINIMISE INCONVENIENCE TO YOURSELVES. IT ALSO ENABLES US TO MONITOR THE STANDARDS OF OUR SUPPLIERS TO IDENTIFY AND AVOID ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS. MOST PROBLEMS ARE QUICKLY RESOLVED ON THE SPOT. THEN IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT FULL DETAILS ARE ENTERED IN THE SUPPLIERS" COMPLAINTS BOOK, OR ON HIS COMPLAINTS FORM OR OTHERWISE NOTIFIED TO THE SUPPLIER IN WRITING. A COPY OF YOUR COMMENT SHOULD BE PASSED IMMEDIATELY TO OUR OVERSEAS AGENTS/REPRESENTATIVES AND YOU SHOULD RETAIN A COPY FOR YOURSELF OUR OVERSEAS AGENTS/REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IN THE UNUSUAL EVENT OF A PROBLEM REMAINING UNRESOLVED ON YOUR RETURN TO THE UK AND PROVIDING THAT YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE CORRECT PROCEDURES, FULL DETAILS TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF YOUR WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THE RESORT, COPY, SHOULD BE AS IN TIE AGENTS/REPRESENTATIVES OFFICE. WRITTEN CONFIRMATION MUST REACH OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN 28 DAYS AFTER YOUR RETURN. WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 28 DAYS.

13. APARTMENTS
SELF-CATERING APARTMENTS ARE RATED BY LOCAL TOURIST AUTHORITIES THESE RATINGS BEAR NO RELATIONSHIP TO UK HOTEL RATINGS. ALMOST ALL OF OUR APARTMENTS OFFER SWIMMING POOLS, SUNBATHING TERRACES. ONE, TWO OR THREE BEDROOM APARTMENTS ARE APARTMENTS WITH ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS, EACH WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. OBVIOUSLY, MORE PEOPLE MEANS LESS SPACE. ALL APARTMENTS HAVE, AS A MAXIMUM, A PRIVATE SHOWER/BATH, WASH BASIN/WC, AND A KITCHEN/KITCHENETTE, WITH A LOUNGE AREA, REFRIGERATOR. SUFFICIENT BASIC CUTLERY, CROCKERY AND UTENSILS ARE SUPPLIED. THOUGH KETTLES AND TEAPOTS ARE NOT. HAND TOWELS AND BATH TOWELS BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED ON A WEEKLY BASIS. MAIDS VARY FROM WEEKLY, WHERE AN APARTMENT IS CLEANED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND AT WEEKLY INTERVALS THEREAFTER TO DAILY. NO HEATING IS PROVIDED IN APARTMENTS. POOLS ARE NORMALLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER.ALL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE VIEWED ON A REGULAR BASIS
AND ARE KEPT INFORMED OF ANY CHANGES TO APARTMENTS/HOTELS.

14. FLIGHTS
FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS.

TRANSFERS ARE ONLY INCLUDED IF PRE-BOOKED.
Flights booked and confirmed with LOW COST Carriers are subject to a £10.00 fee for booking your flights per booking,we accept no liability for flight time change / flight cancellations / cancellation policies are provided by the individual flight operator,your flight contract is with the flight operator.All documentation will be issued by the flight operator and forwarded onto you.Flights booked with RYANAIR/EASYJET/JET2/MONARCH/AIR BERLIN/BMIBABY/GLOBESPAN/THOMSON ETC.All flights booked and confirmed online are booked and confirmed when monies are taken,No flights prices provided online are secured until payment has been processed,no flight prices can be held at the price given until payment has been taken as flight prices change by the hour .

15. RESORT DEVELOPMENT
BUILDING WORK AND DEVELOPMENT IS AS COMMON AS IT IS IN THE UK.

16. DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES
CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF RECTIFYING ANY DAMAGE OR DEFICIENCY ARISING FROM THEIR OCCUPANCY A DEPOSIT, WHICH IS REFUNDABLE ON DEPARTURE. IF ANY DEFICIENCY NOTED ON ARRIVAL IS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF TEE OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

The porter in blocks is only responsible for the communal areas, i.e pools / parking / stairwells, etc.

The porter will be on site of the block, carrying out his duties, if not at reception or on a break, please wait.

The porter has no authority to enter your accommodation, if you require a gas replacement bottle, or any repairs to the accommodation, contact the office by telephone or call at the local office during office hours.

Any emergencey call outs', contact on the emergency numbers provided. If the call out' is deemed to be non urgent, local call out charges will apply .No further charges will be made by 'Benidorm Direct'.

Furniture and internal fittings must not be removed from the accommodation. Linen & towels are provided and are for internal accommodation use only, beach towels are not provided.

Car parking spaces at accommodation is secured locally on arrival day and if available spaces permit.Local charges apply.

External pavements/shops/commercial premises etc' are not the responsbility of the local agents,any noise/refuse/cars blocking entrances,odours etc' are local social problems and not Benidorm Direct's responsibility.

Anti-social behaviour
Apartment blocks are part residential, so you must respect local noise restrictions, and social behaviour awareness. Any excessive noise or anti social behaviour must be reported to the office. Any excessive noise or anti social behaviour created by clients, will mean immediate ejection from the accommodation and no further re accommodation charges will be made by 'Benidorm Direct'.'Loss of deposits for non compliance of the terms & conditions will be taken by the local office,and used for costs incurred for repairs.No refunds will be made to clients who are ejected from the accommodation before their departure date.

Accommodation is confirmed as on the invoice for the dates provided. Any upgrades or extra nights booked in resort is paid by you the client and not 'Benidorm Direct' and if available.

T.V.'s, washing machines, kettles, microwaves, air conditioning etc are not provided unless stated on descriptions published by 'Benidorm Direct'. T.V's can be hired from the office. SKY T.V. is not available. SKY T.V. as in the U.K. is not 'free of charge' and has to be booked with private suppliers in Benidorm.

Deposits on accommodation is a local charge and not 'Benidorm Direct's charge. Deposits vary from 60-250 euros per unit depending on accommodation. Local payments of deposits can be made by credit card / sterling / euros (debit cards not accepted) depending on the local office. 1 set of keys per unit is available. Extra sets of keys can be provided with local charges and if available contact the local office.
Deposits-Clients must vacate accommodation at the times agreed-Clients will be charged
a days rental for staying over the agreed times per accommodation-10.00 hours Vacate villas/apartmentson day of departure.10.00 hours Vacate hotels on day of departure.Non return of apartment/villa keys will be loss of deposit.It is your responsibility to return all keys.local charges will apply.

Security in accommodation is as good as the client being vigilant. Always close doors, windows, gates. Never open gates or doors to people you do not know, never let people into the main doors via the 'intercom' system you do not know. Always 'double' check your doors, windows etc when leaving the accommodation.

Swimming pools in hotels are usually open all year depending on weather conditions and repairs. Apartment swimming pools are open June to September.

Heating in apartments is ' 1 ' appliance per unit as 'The Valencian Tourist Authority' regulations. If further appliances are required and available, please enquire at the office and local charges may apply.

Accommodation can be occupied on arrival day: apartments 17.00 hours / hotels 13.00 hours
Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 hours, hotels & apartments.

Re check transfers 48 hours before departure at the local office, by telephone or call in to the office.

Air conditioning in hotels is provided by the hotel management and not 'Benidorm Direct', we have no control of operation or timings or when the weather condtions permit operation of air conditioning.

Apartments: air conditioning if provided is only available when the local management takes a local payment and provides the service and not 'Benidorm Direct' We have no control over local timings and weather conditions for use of air conditioning.
''Air conditioning can on occasions need reparing,and do need speiclist parts,these have to ordered and can take time to arrive,they will be repaired as soon as the parts are available.
We can accept no responsibility for unforeseen repairs to air conditioning units.''

Delays on flights. We must be kept informed as to any delays on flights as to arrange for the collection and pick up of keys on arrival.
'BENIDORM DIRECT' will not be held responsible for flight delays,
we must be informed as soon as you know flight delays are going
to affect your arrival time for apartments/villas/hotels/transfers.
Any other accommodation/transfers booked by you for your
party will be at your expense and not BENIDORM DIRECT'S.

Any 'pots /pans / cutlery / crockery etc, missing or damaged by the previous client, please report the items that need replacing and new ones will sent as soon as possible.

Water heaters in some accommodation can take time to re heat, only where small boilers are present and can take time to re heat, persistent use will result in cold water until the tank reheats.

Electricity in Spain is '220V' and all plug sockets are two pin. They can be adapted for three pin U.K. plugs and purchased in the U.K. or Spain.

Many properties have a fuse box above the front door, this is usually in the 'off' position on arrival for safety. If the system is overloaded the system will automatically cut off. This can be corrected by turning some lights or appliances off and switching the main switch back on.

Gas, most properties in Spain operate on bottled Butane gas, this will be off on arrival and is usually located in the kitchen next to the cooker. A switch on top of the bottle can be turned to release the gas for use, you will hear a release of gas this is normal. When the gas is not in use, you can turn the valve to cut off the gas and this prevents any gas escapes if the cooker is left unattended.

Locks on apartment / hotel / villa: doors are normally 5 or 7 lever locks, turning to lock the door requires 3 or 4 turns to secure the door, please check you lock the door on each occasion .
